Summer carrot 'Napoli F1' is ideally suited for the earliest cultivation. Slightly conical root with good color. Productive variety with strong foliage. Nantes type.
This hybrid variety has been developed for professional cultivation; the variety is more uniform than other open-pollinated varieties in our assortment, and the variety is more resistant to a number of diseases.
Sow directly in the ground from March to June for a harvest from July to October. Later harvesting is also possible, remove the foliage and cover with a layer of straw. Sow in rows 15-20 cm apart, and 2-3 cm in the row. With a greater row spacing and sowing distance in the row, the carrot will also become larger and coarser. Optionally sow at 1 cm, and then thin to 2-3 cm. Ensure sufficient moisture during germination. On heavier soil types (clay), it is advisable to make ridges and sow the carrots in these, so that they will more easily form beautiful straight carrots.
These seeds are provided with an organically certified coating which makes sowing easier.
