Gastro+ is a complete power feed with a high content of amino acids, vitamins (including Vit.C) and trace elements and thus provides (sports) horses with all the necessary nutrients to perform optimally. Contains a special soothing cocktail of sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium and an extra probiotic to support a normal acidity in the stomach. This helps to regenerate the stomach wall.

• Contains a high level of alfalfa to stimulate the chewing process and also saliva production.
• Contains extra oil with an optimal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids which contributes to the recovery of the stomach wall and as a high-quality source of slowly released energy

Nutritional advice

It is important to feed a type and quantity that suits the horse's intended use and needs.

A general guideline for the recommended total amount of concentrates per day per 100 kg body weight of horse:

For maintenance and basic sports: 0.2 to 0.5 kg

For (top) sports: 0.5 to 1.0 kg

Divide this daily ration into at least 2-3 portions per day. Always provide sufficient good roughage in addition to the concentrates.

Sufficient fresh drinking water must always be available.
