Nutritional advice

It is important to feed a type and quantity that suits the horse's intended use and needs.

A general guideline for the recommended amount of concentrated feed per day per 100 kg body weight of horse:

For maintenance and basic sports: 0.2 to 0.5 kg

For (top) sports: 0.5 to 1.0 kg

Divide this daily ration into at least 2-3 portions per day. Always provide sufficient good roughage in addition to the concentrated feed.
