Grass pellet (threshed grass), Alfalfa, Sainfoin, Timothy, Linseed (expanded), Spirulina, Adapted formula of vitamins, Minerals, Linseed oil, Sunflower oil, Rapeseed oil, Live yeasts and Trace elements.

Feeding recommendation

EquiFyt Gold can be fed dry, but is also suitable for preparation as a mash (slobber). See recommendation.

Optionally supplement with Pre-Active or Natural Base

• Recreational: 150 grams per 100 kg body weight per day
• Sport: 200-300 grams per 100 kg body weight per day
• Young horses: 300 grams per 100 kg body weight per day
• Horses at rest: 100-200 grams per 100 kg body weight per day

The amount of feed should be adjusted to the season, age, and daily energy requirements of your horse or pony.

Recommendation; when to add water

Pour 1 part feed with 1 part water and let it soak for 15 minutes before feeding. This prevents the risk of esophageal obstruction in horses that do not chew their food sufficiently, in horses with poor teeth, and in horses that eat their food too quickly, resulting in insufficient saliva production. When the feed is moistened, the stems and leaf parts reabsorb water and also increase the palatability of the feed.

If you wish to make a real slobber , you can pour 1 part feed with 2 to 3 parts water.

Always ensure sufficient clean drinking water at the feeding station.
