Coriander

Coriander is an annual, strongly aromatic herb. The seeds of coriander can be harvested when they turn brown, usually around September. Dry the seeds thoroughly afterwards. Use in various dishes and pastries. In North African and Indian cuisine, mainly the young leaves are used.

• For leaf use, sow a row every few weeks from April onwards.
• Annual, height during flowering up to 1 m.
• Row spacing 20 cm, thin to 10 cm.
• One packet is for approx. 1 m2.
