Nitrophoska® Special is a high-quality, completely water-soluble NPK fertilizer with magnesium and sulfur. This mineral fertilizer is specially developed for use in agriculture and horticulture and is known for its immediate action, balanced composition, and broad applicability. The balanced mix of nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, and magnesium stimulates rapid growth, deep rooting, and a deep green color.

Ideal for:

• Vegetable and fruit cultivation
• Arable farming (such as potatoes, beets, corn)
• Can also be used for growing tomatoes and tobacco. 
• Tree nurseries and ornamental plant cultivation
• Lawns and grass fields

This product is weighed for you and supplied without original packaging. The quality and weight have been carefully checked, so you receive the product safely and correctly. Please note: the packaging may differ from the image.

Composition

• NPK ratio: 12% Nitrogen (N), 12% Phosphorus (P₂O₅), 17% Potassium (K₂O).
• Magnesium (MgO): 2%.
• Sulfur (SO3): 20%.
• TE: Trace Elements 
• Low chloride: Suitable for chloride-sensitive crops.

Usage

Vegetable garden / ornamental plants: ± 30–60 g/m², worked into the top layer of the soil.

Lawn: ± 20–40 g/m² per fertilization, several times per season.

Fruit trees / shrubs: 50–120 g per plant (depending on size/age), scattered around the base of the tree.

Application tips

• Spread evenly and lightly work into the soil or water after spreading → prevents root burn.
• Beware of over-fertilization: too much nitrogen can lead to soft growth, susceptibility to disease, and leaching.
• Preferably fertilize in spring or early growing season.

Spring (March/April):

Spread Nitrophoska® Special in spring to give your plants a growth boost after winter.

Summer (June):

For healthy growth and density of the lawn, and to support flowering and fruit formation, a second application in summer may be beneficial.

• Nitrophoska Red can be used throughout the plant's entire growth cycle, but the aforementioned times are most effective. 
• Can be used as a base fertilizer or supplementary fertilizer.
