Parsnip 'Tender and True'

Parsnip 'Tender and True' is easy to grow and can tolerate a fair amount of frost. Be careful in sunny weather: contact with the plant can cause burns. Parsnip roots, or parsnips, used to be a staple ingredient of hot meals, later replaced by potatoes and carrots. The roots resemble carrots but are white. Parsnip Tender and True is easy to grow and requires little fertilizer.

Sow directly from April to mid-May. With a row spacing of 35 cm, thin out plants in the row to 10-15 cm.
