What it's made from...
Wheat flour is made from the inner part of wheat grains, with the bran and germ removed to leave a fine, white flour. Wheat flour contains less fiber than whole wheat flour, as the bran and germ are largely removed. For more fiber and nutrients, whole wheat flour is a healthier choice.
