Fat/Mezenballs

It takes a lot of energy for birds to keep their body temperature at 40 degrees in the winter . Smaller species can lose 10 percent of their weight in a cold night . They can use any extra : seed mix, fruit and as an extra source of energy you can hang up fat balls and peanuts.

These fat balls are made from pure beef fat, supplemented with a mix of different seeds and dried mealworms . The fat balls are available with a net.

Tip! Do not hang in direct sunlight, otherwise the fat ball will spoil.
